PitcherStat is an informational baseball analytics website. It publishes statistics, schedules, lineups, probable starters, rankings, proprietary scores and related explanation. It is not a wagering service, not a financial service, and not an official MLB product.
NO GUARANTEE
Data can be late, incomplete or later corrected by official sources. PitcherStat does not warrant that every value is always current or error-free. We correct material errors when they are identified. Use of the site is at your own risk.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may browse and share individual pages for personal, editorial or research use. You may not attack the service, bypass access controls, scrape or systematically extract proprietary scores or datasets, overload the site, or use PitcherStat to mislead others about official MLB records.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
PitcherStat's name, design, original writing, proprietary scores and the way those scores are presented are protected. MLB, club and related marks belong to their owners. Nothing here grants a license to copy the site or resell PitcherStat data.
THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL
Underlying box scores, schedules and similar facts may originate from official or licensed feeds. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave PitcherStat.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitcherStat is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, reliance on statistics or scores, or downtime. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
CHANGES
