PitcherStat is a small independent team. Questions about the product, data corrections, media enquiries and business conversations all reach a person — there is no ticket queue and no chatbot in between.
WHO TO WRITE TO
Two mailboxes cover everything. Use the corrections address whenever a number, name, date or matchup looks wrong on a page — that queue is read first because published errors matter most. Use the editorial address for everything else: how a metric is built, a feature request, a partnership or advertising enquiry, a press question, or a privacy request about information you have sent us.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
A correction is far quicker to act on with the page URL, the value you saw, the value you believe is correct, and where that value comes from — a box score, an official league page or a club announcement. For a bug, tell us the page, the browser or phone you used, and roughly when it happened, so it can be matched against our logs. Screenshots always help.
RESPONSE TIMES
Corrections are reviewed daily during the MLB season and acted on as soon as they are confirmed; a factual error found in published text is fixed at source rather than quietly overwritten, and material changes are noted on the Corrections page. Other messages are usually answered within a few business days. Volume rises during the postseason, so a reply may take longer in October.
WHAT WE CANNOT HELP WITH
PitcherStat is independent and not affiliated with Major League Baseball or any club, so we cannot pass messages to teams, players or their representatives, and we cannot resolve disputes with fantasy platforms or third-party apps. We do not offer betting advice or picks. For questions about a league statistic itself rather than how we display it, the official league sources listed on our Data sources page are the right place to start.
